  • Regular Postage: $20 Flat-rate Shipping to International Customers. Expected delivery is 7-15 business days.
  • Countries we ship: New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States of America, Canada & China.
  • FREE Shipping: Spend over AUD $250 and receive FREE shipping.

Your total, including shipping and handling, will be provided before you submit your order. Orders are fully trackable.

National Shipping (Australia)

  • Regular Postage: $6 Flat-rate Shipping to Australian Customers. Expected delivery is 4-7 business days.
  • Express Postage: $12 Flat-rate Shipping to Australian Customers. Expected delivery is 2-3 business days.
  • FREE Shipping: Spend over $150 and receive FREE express shipping.

Packaging

We use biodegradable shipping bags that are made from natural or recyclable materials. The garments are gift wrapped in recycled tissue paper and secured with twine. We have put almost as much thought into the resources used for our shipping process as we have with the brands we work with. Customs & Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country by your local government when delivery is made or billed to you afterwards. We (Eco-Vegan) are not liable for these charges, and they, unfortunately, can not be reimbursed or refunded. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information about Duties & Taxes in your country.

Occasionally, there are situations out of our control such as, but not limited to, out-of-stock items, product price increase, additional international shipping fees due to the size and weight of your items and local customs and import limitations. If such an exception occurs, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team.

Please note that Eco-Vegan does not dictate shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged or lost packages.
